We contact and qualify all new leads. If they are qualified and are ready to move to the next step we can actually schedule a needs analysis or demo, depending on the SP's direction. If the prospect is qualified, but just not ready to move to the next step, we keep them in the pipeline and continue to work them until they are ready for the next step.

IDS likes to set up a specific team member to work directly with a SP. This offers the SP much more flexibility with their program and the IDS Team member really gets to know how their SP likes to work. It is just like having your own employee except you only pay for the time you need them to work and you don't have any of the management concerns.

Training on the Master Builder product is an on-going process with our team members. We also have bi-weekly sales training meetings.
