Here is the basic Strategic Marketing Process we follow:
Phase I – The marketing plan, this
is where we take a real introspective look at your current
sales situation, target markets, goals etc. That information
is reviewed and marketing strategies are suggested to support
your goals.
Phase II – Prioritize marketing strategies
and establish budgets as well as timetables for implementation.
Phase III – Details of marketing
strategies presented with estimated costs by quarter/month
etc. (This is an on-going and ever changing process)
Phase IV – Get plan approved.
Phase V – Implementation of the plan.
Phase VI – Measuring results as well
as continuous review and up dating of goals and strategies.
